It comprises an instrumented head on which is fixed a rod guiding a dropping mass (like a constant energy penetrometer). The user lifts the dropping mass to any height and releases it to fall onto the head. The user can also accelerate the dropping mass during its descent so that it hits the hammer with greater energy.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1515483816623{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}&#8221;]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to the guided dropping mass, this device has the advantage of facilitating testing safely and does not require particular dexterity.
